Can i return an item
Due to the fact that we sell food items all sales are final.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders of your cookies or pies?
We do offer bulk discounts on cookies orders over 2 dozen and pie orders of more than one. Any discount available will be automatically applied at checkout.
Do you make gluten free or vegan cookies?
We currently do not offer gluten free or vegan options

Currently at this time we do not offer nut free options
My Item(s) arrived damaged. What do I do?

My order is missing something or contains the wrong item(s)

FAQ - Custom Decorated Cookies
How soon can i get custom decorated cookies from the time I order?
Custom decorated cookies delivery window are determined on a case by case basis. It depends on factors like: finalizing the design, number of cookies ordered and detail and complexity of the cookie design. Typically it take about 2 weeks from when the order is placed to when the cookies are ready. Our baking team will reach out to you and discuss this with you once you submit an request.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Due to the nature of the cookies each being custom decorate
Can you do cookies for corporate or commercial events?
Yes, we have done many corporate events with logos and custom designs.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an invoice has been sent and paid by the customer for the custom order of cookies we immediately begin allocating resources. At that time you have up to 24 hours to reach out and cancel the order. If there is some kind of emergency please reach out to discuss and it will be determined on a case by case basis.
What are your minimum order size for decorated cookies?
The smallest order size we do for custom decorated cookies is 12
